2008:  2ND TEAM ALL-TRAC...GOLD GLOVE AWARD...Tied for the team lead with 5 game-winning RBIs...Had 3 multi-RBI games...Had a career high 5 game hitting streak, during which time she hit . 333 (5-15)...Collected 8 multi-hit games...Had career highs in at bats, hits, doubles, RBIs and total bases...Committed 0 errors in over 350 chances.

2007:  HONORABLE MENTION ALL-TRAC...Had 1 game winning RBI...Had 4 multi-hit games...Had 2 RBIs in the Valley playoffs...Had three 3 game hitting streaks...Tied for the team lead with 2 home runs...Collected 14 RBIs.

2006:  Had 1 game winning RBI vs. Golden West (5/17/06) in the opening round of the Valley playoffs...Hit .250 in the playoffs...Drove in 3 runs...Picked up first career hit vs. Woodbridge on March 10, 2007.

Personal:  Born 9/19/91 in Visalia, Ca...Future plan is to become a teacher or a photographer...Lists winning the Valley championship in 2007 and winning back to back Easter Softball Classics as her biggest sports thrills...Hobbies include playing with her puppy (Brody), roller blading and texting...Lists her parents  and Darci Lowery as her role models because they have always supported me and have made me become a better person...Is a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and leadership...Lists Twillight, Marley and Me and The Parent Trap as her favorite movies, black beans and rice as her favorite food, and One Tree Hill and 90210 as her favorite TV shows...Has one sister,Hannah (15) and one brother, Noah (13)...Daughter of Sherie and Marc Roberts.

Coach Noel says:  "Chelse is the anchor of our team.  She has been in a lot of big games in her career and I think those experiences have prepared her for a huge season.  I see Chelse as sort of our third coach.  She's great with our young players and our more experienced players have all leaned on Chelse at some point for advice or comfort.  She a big part of our success."

In Chelse's own words: "What I love about Clovis softball is how we are one family.  I love the way we come together and fight as a team.  I love the high energy at practices and in a game.  Clovis softball means having the want to win and to be the best.  Being part of Clovis softball means having to keep up the legacy that past players have established."
