In Shelby's own words: "I like the tradition and the way we present ourselves. I like that we are closer than any other team and that we push ourselves as far as we can go because we are determined to do our best not only for ourselves but our teammates. Most of all I love how it transforms you into a better person. It makes you strong. You find out exactly what your best is and then you strive to achieve it in everything you do in life."
